Introducing Monthly Apothecary Letters — a little piece of Oak Tree delivered right to your mailbox each month.

Each envelope is thoughtfully put together by me and filled with a seasonal letter, a package of tea, recipes, herbal tips, stickers, and other little treasures inspired by the time of year. Every month will be a little different, with things to read, sip, try, and tuck away.

Think of it as a small invitation to slow down, learn something new, and bring a little more seasonal living into your everyday routine. A little something lovely to look forward to in the mailbox.

What's one herb you can't stand?

Mine is chamomile! Even though I love the calming, pain-relieving, and gut-soothing properties, I just cannot stand the taste of this herb.

I do enjoy growing it and picking all the little flowers in the summertime. I love the motherly way it helps and supports those in need.

But the taste? Nope. Leave it out of my tea, please and thank you. 😆
