Jonathan and I have some difficult news to share. Knight Wellness will be closing on November 30, 2026.

We’ve put a lot of ourselves into this clinic, and this is a hard announcement to make. We’ve gotten to know you and your families, worked through challenges together, and celebrated your progress. We’ll miss being part of your care.

We’re reaching out to patients directly by email and text. Patients receiving ongoing care will receive an additional text with closure paperwork, instructions for obtaining or transferring medical records, and information about ending their patient agreement. Please watch for those messages and begin making arrangements with another provider for care after November 30.

Thank you for choosing us, recommending us, and supporting our clinic. We appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us over the past few years.

Ladies, we need to normalize talking about pelvic floor health.

Guys, we’re talking about testosterone.

Low energy. Less motivation or drive. Loss of strength or muscle. Changes in body composition. Decreased libido. Poor recovery. Brain fog. Or simply feeling like you’ve lost a step compared with a few years ago.

Those symptoms can occur with testosterone deficiency—but symptoms alone don’t diagnose low testosterone.

Sometimes “I’m just tired” really isn’t the whole story.

Low energy, brain fog, poor sleep, mood changes, weight changes, hot flashes, night sweats, decreased libido, loss of strength, or simply feeling off can have a lot of possible causes.

Hormones may be part of it. Thyroid may be part of it. But symptoms alone don't tell us the answer.
