REQUEST FOR BIDS

Ripley County Health Center

The Ripley County Health Center is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the installation of laminate flooring in educational rooms at the Health Center in Doniphan, Missouri.

Bid Requirements:

• Contractor must be licensed and insured.
• Proof of insurance will be required.
• Contractor must provide a detailed written bid, including materials, labor, removal/disposal (if applicable), and installation costs.
• Work must be completed in a professional and timely manner.
• Contractor must coordinate the work schedule with the Ripley County Health Center.

Interested contractors may contact the Ripley County Health Center for additional information, measurements, or to arrange a time to view the project.

Ripley County Health Center is looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Part-Time Clerk to join our team.

Position: Part-Time Clerk
Location: Ripley County Health Center
1003 E. Locust Street
Doniphan MO. 63935

Responsibilities may include:
• Greeting and assisting patients and visitors
• Answering phones and directing calls
• Scheduling appointment and assisting with patient registration
• Maintaining accurate records and filing
• Data entry and general office duties
• Assisting health center staff with daily administrative tasks
• Providing courteous and professional customer service
• Maintaining confidentiality of patient and agency information
• Issue WIC Benefits/schedule Immunizations/Print Vital Records etc.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous clerical, office, or customer-service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
