KidStrong Doral provides science-based training to build strong and confident kids. We also host epic birthday parties and camps in Doral.

KidStrong Doral is a science-based training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids, from crawling through age 11. Baby, toddler, preschool and school-age sessions are led by highly-trained coaches who take kids through age-appropriate challenges and competitions in weekly 45-minute classes. Kids run ninja courses, climb ropes, flip tires, sprint and build the foundation to excel at any sport, while practicing public speaking, teamwork, grit and problem solving to excel at life. Kids rank up and earn extra in-class responsibilities like Class Captain. 96% of parents say KidStrong is why their kids are more confident.

What makes KidStrong different from other programs? It’s simple: We combine science-based programming, expert coaches and a whole-child approach to development that helps kids grow in every way.

KidStrong isn’t just something to keep your kid busy this summer. It’s a kid-centered, community-minded movement! 🙌

We’re focused on:
🤸🏼‍♂️ Whole-Child Development: We’re building strong bodies, minds and character through intentional games and activities.
🧪 The Science Behind the Fun: Our programming is designed by child development experts using the latest research on physical and cognitive growth.
🏅 Highly-Trained, Certified Coaches: Every day at camp is led by trained leaders who inspire kids and create a safe, supportive environment.
🤝 Keeping Parents Connected: We involve parents every step of the way, culminating in a special Awards Ceremony celebration.

When you think you’ve got the spotlight… and then your little brother rolls in like he owns the place. 😎💥

At KidStrong, it’s never just about one kid, it’s about the whole crew. Stronger together, cheering each other on…because greatness runs in the family. 💪

Leveling up isn’t just for the kids. 💪

Just like our kids work hard to rank up on the mat, our coaches are putting in that same dedication behind the scenes to be better every single day.
