A Meditation + Somatic Practice For What The Heart Carries

Grief doesn't only live in our thoughts.
Sometimes it settles into the chest, catches in the throat, tightens the shoulders, or asks the body to carry what words cannot.

This gentle somatic experience offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and connect with the places where grief may be held in the body. Through guided visualization, self-Reiki-inspired touch, breath, intuitive movement, shaking, and heart-centered meditation, we'll explore ways to acknowledge, soften, and create movement around what we're carrying.
