💚 A Gentle but Important Reminder to Our HolistiCare Family 💚
I want to take a moment to address something with love, understanding, and a little clarification.
First and foremost, this post is not directed toward any one individual. This is a general reminder to all of our patients as our practice continues to grow.
Over the past three days alone, I have had more than 20 patients reach out to me personally through Facebook Messenger, personal phone calls, and text messages. These messages have come not only after business hours, but also throughout the clinical day while I am actively caring for patients.
I genuinely care about each and every one of my patients. Those who know me know that I pour my heart into this practice and the care I provide. However, I also have an incredible team in place for a reason. 💚
Moving forward, ALL patient-related questions, medical concerns, prescription requests, appointment needs, and other healthcare matters MUST go through our office directly.

Please do not contact me through my personal Facebook, Messenger, personal phone number, or text messages regarding medical concerns.
This is not simply about respecting my personal time. It is about patient safety, continuity of care, and preventing unnecessary delays in treatment.
During clinical hours, I am often in appointments, performing procedures, conducting telehealth visits, or attending to other patient needs. I cannot consistently monitor personal messages while providing care.
When you contact me personally instead of calling the office, your concern may not be seen or addressed in a timely manner. It also bypasses the team responsible for documenting, coordinating, and communicating your healthcare needs.
My staff works incredibly hard to respond to patients promptly and appropriately. They are dedicated, capable, and know when a concern needs to be brought directly to my attention.
We have an established chain of communication for a reason, and I respectfully ask that everyone follow it. It allows my team to prioritize concerns, document communications appropriately, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
I also want to gently remind everyone that while I am a healthcare provider, I am also a wife, a mother, and a human being who needs time outside of the office to recharge and be present with my family.
Setting healthy boundaries does not mean I care any less. It means I am protecting the quality and safety of the care I provide to ALL of my patients.
For medical emergencies, please call 911 or seek emergency care rather than waiting for an office response.
I love what I do. I am incredibly grateful for the trust you place in me, and I am proud of the practice and team we are building together.
Thank you for respecting these boundaries, trusting my staff, and helping us ensure every patient receives the timely, compassionate, and coordinated care they deserve.
