Parenting has been stretching me lately.

There are moments when I question how to best support my children, when to step in, when to step back, and whether I’m getting any of it right.

One of the things I reach for in these moments is The Parent’s Tao Te Ching.

I hold whatever I’m navigating in mind, ask Spirit to lead me to a reminder I might need, and open the book to a random page.

Then I read and sit with it for a while.

Today I opened to #58, You Can Only Demonstrate, and immediately welled up with tears.

Sharing in case these words are something you need today, too. 💜

This time of year that invites us to turn inward. To get curious about what we’ve been carrying, what we’re ready to loosen our grip on, and what might be waiting underneath.

But we don’t always find those answers by thinking our way through them.

Sometimes we need to move.

To shake off what has accumulated. To follow an impulse. To take up space. To explore the parts of ourselves that don’t always get invited into our everyday lives.

ReWILD is an invitation to explore just that.

We’ll dance, move, play, and make room for whatever wants to emerge. No choreography. No expectation to move a certain way. Just music, curiosity, and permission to meet yourself exactly where you are.

What might reveal itself when you give yourself permission to unravel a little?

There is something lovely about making room in our lives to sit with other women.

To move beyond “How have you been?” and have enough time to hear the real answer.

To be witnessed in the season we’re actually in. With what’s growing, what’s changing, what we’re grieving, and what we’re still figuring out.

Our lives don’t have to look alike for us to recognize something of ourselves in one another. Sometimes someone finds words for a feeling we’ve been carrying quietly. Sometimes we hear ourselves more clearly simply because someone is listening.

I love carving out space for that. A place to arrive, feel the floor beneath us, and let the conversation have room to deepen. To tend to our own lives while remembering how much connection belongs in them.

Join us for Harvest | Gather | Tend, our next Casual | Ritual Circle.

There is something about October that makes me want to make a little ritual out of everything.

So that’s exactly what I’m doing.

HARVEST | GATHER | TEND
A Ritual for the Season Ahead

We’ll gather in circle for an evening inspired by the season we’re in and the one we’re moving toward.

Together, we’ll reflect on three things:

🍂 What are you ready to harvest from what has already grown?

🤎 What do you want to gather closer as you move into the months ahead?

🕯️ What are you willing to tend with your attention, energy, and care?

We’ll turn those reflections into a simple candle ritual you can take home with you, creating something tangible to return to as the season unfolds.

A little intention. A little ritual. A little autumn magic.

And, as always, space to connect with other women around the circle.

Your Weekly Soul Messages 🌈

Each week, I choose a few Aura-Soma Equilibrium bottles and share a reflection inspired by the themes and energies associated with each one.

Before reading, notice which bottle pulls you in first. The color combination you’re drawn to might offer a useful place to pause, reflect, or get curious about what is present in your life right now.

Tell me in the comments: Which bottle resonated, and what did its message offer you? Did it name something you’ve been feeling? Give you a different perspective? Offer a question you want to sit with?

And if these weekly messages have made you curious about Aura-Soma, a full session goes much deeper.

Together we explore the bottles you’re drawn to, the themes within your four-bottle selection, and what they may be reflecting back to you in this season of your life.

You can book an Aura-Soma Soul Message session with me through the link in my bio.

✨ Mini Aura-Soma Soul Messages ✨

Aura-Soma begins with a simple invitation: notice the colors you’re drawn to.

Take a moment to look at the bottles. Which one catches your attention? You don’t need to know why. Let yourself choose before reaching for an explanation.

Then swipe to read your Soul Message. These reflections are inspired by the traditional meanings of each Aura-Soma Equilibrium bottle, translated into something you can explore in your life right now.

Notice what feels familiar, what brings up a question, or what you’d like to sit with a little longer. Take what resonates and leave the rest.

Which bottle drew you in, and did anything in its message resonate with you?

Autumn carries its own invitation to soften.

To loosen our grip.
To listen inward.
To give the body space to settle after all it has been carrying.

On October 1, Lee Schardein (she/her) will guide us through an evening of gentle movement, deep stretching, intentional breathing, and guided meditation.

The experience will be slow, spacious, and primarily floor-based, with shapes held for longer periods and quiet moments to notice what is happening within.

This is an opportunity to meet your body as it is and offer your nervous system a little more room to exhale.

Last night was remarkable.

There is something difficult to put into words about being in a room together and witnessing a bridge form between this plane and whatever may exist beyond it.

I know everyone in that room felt it.

The recognition that perhaps consciousness lives on. That love can still reach us. That support, reassurance, humor, forgiveness, and even reconciliation can continue beyond the physical relationship we once knew.

That spirit still seeks relationship.

There were moments of laughter, tears, deep recognition, and details so specific they could only belong to the people receiving them. You could feel the room soften as something unseen became deeply personal and real.

Thank you, JENNY SHANKS | SPIRITUAL MEDIUM , for the integrity, care, and tenderness you bring to this work. And thank you to every person who entered the room open and willing to experience whatever unfolded.

It was an honor to witness it with you. 🤍
