Join us in giving Meghan Smith-LISW, a huge congratulations in completing her 60-Hour Internal Family Systems Informed Somatic Trauma Therapy Certification Course!

This training deepens Meghan’s understanding of how trauma is held not only in our thoughts and emotions, but also within the body. Through an IFS-informed and somatic approach, Meghan has gained tools to help clients better connect with their different parts and move towards healing with greater compassion.

We had an amazing 1st event at Inner Balance Wellness Collective 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported us! Our goal was to have 5 people join us for our 1st event, and we ended up with 12 people🥹🫶

We’re so grateful for everyone who showed up, brought great energy, and helped make our 1st event a success!

Join us for a deep healing session designed to help you open, slow down, release tension, find balanced healing, and reconnect with yourself.

Molly will lead a 40 minute gentle flow yoga practice and end with 20 minutes of sound healing. Meghan will provide reiki throughout the entire session. Please bring your mat and anything you need to feel comfortable during the session.
