🙋♀️Have you ever felt like everything you have poured into came crashing down, uncontrollably and unable to be mended, all to be reminded again in one simple moment that it can all be so much better than you ever could’ve possibly imagined?
Who remembers when it all began at Shalom Spirituality Center? I’m often asked how I got into ‘this’. Well, here’s a snippet of my journey!
“This is the story of a girl called Lucky”🍀
🕊️4 years ago I was going through a
🦋transformation🦋 in my journey personally & professionally, and Spirit led me right to where I needed to be. How you ask? Well, I was actually working to fulfill an important purpose for our local Hills & Dales Dayhab program. They had been coming to see me weekly and were in love with our sessions. When I found myself transitioning physical locations- I had to surrender all control, and in that decided to reach out to the community. It was actually a dear childhood friend that connected me with Nicole, one of the many faces behind Shalom and all of the wonderful things they do and have always done.
I can guarantee you this connection never would’ve happened if it was just ME on the hook, however something about pouring love into those who so willingly receive & benefit from it, and seeing the positive impact of what I was doing, pushed me to put something out into the universe. I was uncomfortable. Vulnerable. Deeply hurt and navigating unexpected circumstances in all aspects of my journey.
💡Little did I know at the time that this was the missing piece for me. What I needed not just to continue to grow but to flourish. Shalom became my home base, not just for beloved community events but also for private, profound healing in my little slice of heaven, my home in the Wellness Suite.
😇I could go on for hours about the amount of times God directly plucked me from what I was doing, brought me to Shalom, and my journey was impacted forever, for the better. By meeting people. Taking part in retreats & workshops. Pure divine intervention. The perfect sanctuary, that was literally right under my nose.
Is this the entirety of my journey? No, it’s not even close to the beginning! Many of you were with me and many of you are new but, I still haven’t shared openly what truly got me into this. That will be coming soon.
💘Anyway, if you’re still reading, this can and will be you. Do the uncomfortable things, even if it isn’t initially for ‘you’. At the time I was convinced that if I did it for ME, I wouldn’t end up where I needed to be. How silly, and humbling that reflection is.
TRUST. Follow what feels sweet, loving, and like home. You’ll never go the wrong direction.

If I tagged you in this you had a direct impact on the trajectory of where I was going 🏹 to where I am now. Thank you❤️🔥
