Welcome to the AHL Healthcare Group official page! Incorporated in 2012, AHL Healthcare Group was formed to act as a parent company for At Home Living, BRIDGES to Success, and Wesley Residence of Duluth, MN. As new opportunities presented themselves and services were diversified, Chris Priley created an umbrella group to house each licensed entity. AHL Healthcare Group today employs more than 250 staff and serves over 175 adults of all different ages, backgrounds, and disabilities. However, each division holds the same values which are:
• All services will be offered and run in a profitable manner
• We will strive for 100% compliance with licensing and employment law regulations
• We will ensure our facilities look and feel like a home we would want for ourselves or a loved one.
• We will employ educated staff; providing training, support and resources to further their knowledge and promote confidence in their delivery of service.
• We will structure services to help those we serve lead active, healthy and meaningful lives of their choice.
• We will ensure our residents are respected and cared for as individual people.
• We will serve people in the least restrictive environment appropriate for their need
• We will strive to maintain a positive image by giving back to the community
• We will promote an environment where employees feel appreciated and enjoy working

We recently celebrated Bill’s birthday at our Rustic Ranch Home, and he was all smiles! 😊 He had a great day filled with delicious cake, birthday wishes, and some special time with his wonderful daughter, who came over to celebrate with him. ❤️

Help us congratulate Vanessa, Program Coordinator at our Woodhaven Home, on being named September’s Manager of the Month! 👏❤️

Vanessa was nominated for the incredible dedication she shows to both the people she supports and her staff. In just seven months, she’s made such a positive impact on Woodhaven, helping create a happy, comfortable home while bringing organization, positive energy, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does.

🎡🐷 A little late to the party, but we couldn’t let the Minnesota State Fair memories go unshared! 😄

Roseberry and Edgemont headed to the fair for a day full of delicious food, some awesome wildlife, and a run-in with the WORLD’S BIGGEST PIG! 🐖🤯 (Yep, you read that right!)

There was plenty to see, plenty to eat, and lots of memories made along the way. ❤️ We’re already looking forward to next year’s fair adventures! 🎡🍗🍦

Shyla is the definition of positivity. Everyone loves when she steps into the room. Below is the nomination she received:

"Shyla has been with Garden Terrace for almost a year and continues to show her strengths and positive attitude. Shyla is a ray of sunshine always greeting visitors, staff, and most of all our residents with a smile and good morning sunshine welcome! Shyla will pick up multiple shifts and is always willing to step in and give a helping hand where ever it is needed. Shyla goes above and beyond for our residents and we are pleased to have her on our team!"

💋😂 Thunder (individual living at our Woodland Home) and Sherri (Program Coordinator of our Woodland Home) are out here getting their glow-ups! 😂💉 When your lip injections are FAKE but the laughs are REAL! 💅🤣 Thunder thinks these videos are absolutely hilarious, and honestly… we can’t blame him! Someone get these two their own reality show! 😂💋
