Did you know I offer intuitive guidance readings? ✨🙌🏻
And I have been doing this for the last 6 years on and off.
When I first moved to America and couldn’t work I threw myself into studying Psychic Mediumship. Partly because I have had several encounters with spirit and being highly intuitive when I did energy work on my clients things would come into my awareness, but also because I wanted to connect with my mum who had passed.

This all adds another layer to my counselling/coaching and intuitive bodywork. But it’s also fun for me to delve a little deeper and do readings!

First I will tune into your energy and connect to your guides and start automatic writing to see what comes up.
Then I will look at your questions and ask them. Either getting the information directly from spirit or using tarot/oracle cards.

I’m still amazed what comes up! 🌿🌞🌛

If you’re interested in a reading please reach out!

Sending out GRATITUDE to all these Mamas for showing up to class babies/ toddlers in tow. 🧘‍♀️ 🙏🏼✨

I am Grateful to be able to teach and hold space for all women going through all life transitions. Yoga has held me at the most tender of times, it makes me so happy to be able to share and give back what yoga has given me 🦋🤍

Nature has a beautiful way of mirroring our internal landscapes. While hiking this weekend, the leaves were starting to change and I found three aspen leaves, one vibrant green, one brilliant yellow, and one deep orange.

It struck me how perfectly they represent the shifting seasons of a woman’s life. Whether you are navigating the expansion of pregnancy, the tender shifts of postpartum, or the quiet grief of miscarriage, our personal transitions mirror the cycles of the earth. Every stage carries its own medicine, and every season belongs.

If you are walking through a major life threshold right now and looking for ritual support, I have created a collection of downloadable PDF guides tailored to your specific journey. They are designed to help you honor your current transition, hold space for your emotions, and find your footing in a sacred way.
I am also now taking on clients via Zoom for any extra support.

✨ Click the link in my bio to explore the guides and find the one meant for your current season.

Grief from pregnancy and infant loss lives deeply in the body. It can feel heavy, silent, and completely overwhelming. 🤍

When we experience loss, our minds try to process the “why,” but our bodies are often left carrying the physical weight of what was, and what could have been. There is no right way to navigate this journey, but creating intentional, gentle space for your grief can help you breathe through the heaviest waves

I created the Miscarriage & Infant Loss Ritual PDF to offer you a soft, sacred container to do exactly that.
This digital guide isn’t about “fixing” your pain or moving on. It is a gentle, step-by-step roadmap to help you:

✨ Tend to your physical body with somatic grounding practices.
✨ Create a private, sacred ritual to honor your baby’s memory.
✨ Give your heart permission to feel, release, and heal at your own pace.

You do not have to carry this entirely alone. This toolkit is here to hold space for you when words aren’t enough.

If your heart or body is calling for this gentle support, the digital guide is available now. Click the link in my bio to download your copy on our website, or comment “HONOUR” below and I will send the link directly to your inbox.

Save this post for a day you might need it, or share it with a friend who is quietly navigating this path.

Full Moon Ritual ~
Sit quietly in the moonlight with a glass of water or tea. Close your eyes, take three deep breaths, and reflect on the things you have grown over the last cycle.

* Acknowledge the Labor: Think of the emotional, physical, and mental energy you have poured into your family, your goals, and your own healing.

* Claim the Success: Name three things—no matter how small—that have come to fruition. It could be a moment of deep connection with your child, a professional milestone, or a personal boundary you successfully held.

* Self Gratitude: On each sip of your drink give gratitude to yourself and all the things you are grateful for, until your drink is finished.

Your short Ritual is complete 🌛✨🙏🏼

Today would have been my mother’s birthday.
When she passed away in 2018, a piece of my world changed forever. It was a grief that cracked me open, but it also planted a seed. Her love, her spirit, and the profound journey of moving through that loss are the exact reasons ParadisEarth was born. She is the heartbeat behind every single thing I do.

I can think of no better way to honour her legacy than by launching the official ParadisEarth website today! Opening a digital sanctuary dedicated to holding women through their most tender, heavy, and sacred life transitions.

As women, we are asked to carry so much in silence. Whether you are navigating the raw grief of miscarriage or infant loss, riding the waves of a high-anxiety pregnancy, or sitting in the deep depletion and anxiety of postpartum life, I built this space for you.
ParadisEarth is here to remind you that you do not have to walk through the fire alone.

Starting today, our digital doors are open. You can now access:
* 🌿 1-on-1 Coaching & Counseling: A sacred, confidential virtual container to help you process your specific transition, navigate your grief, and reclaim your sovereign power.

* 🌸 Written At-Home Toolkits: Deeply intentional, downloadable PDF guides complete with restorative somatic rituals, body-sealing practices, and medicinal tea recipes to ground your bones.

(And over the next few months, look out for our pre-recorded online ritual containers featuring breathwork, meditation, and yoga to expand your at-home healing).

To my Mum, Happy birthday. Thank you for guiding my hands as I built this.
To the women who need this medicine: Welcome home. The link to explore the sanctuary, download the toolkits, or book a session is in my bio.

With all my love and reverence,

A summer well-spent. 🌅
If you’ve noticed I’ve been MIA on here, it’s because I’ve been practicing exactly what I preach: honor the season you are in.

This summer was for hiking, camping, festivals, and deep connection with my family, my friends, and my daughter.
But as the seasons begin to shift, so does our energy.

Life is all about balance. ☯️
I’m officially moving out of the “gathering” phase and hunkering down into the “building” phase. I’m back working hard on the new website, and pouring all this fresh, grounded summer energy into what’s next for ParadisEarth!

Thank you for being here. I can’t wait to show you what I’ve been creating.

Finding your center when the ground beneath you is shifting.

In our journey as women, we cross many thresholds. Motherhood, career shifts, healing, and aging, each one a sacred rite of passage that asks us to let go of the old shore and trust the water.

This photo captures a beautiful moment of guiding a sister through our first SUP yoga session.

On the water, every micro-movement matters. You can’t force balance, you have to find it through softening, breathing, and trusting your inner anchor.
When we honor these transitions through ritual and movement, we stop resisting the change and start flowing with it.

To the woman currently navigating a new season: you are stronger and more adaptable than you know.

Drop a 🤍 if you’re learning to trust the fluid nature of your current chapter.

The generational current. 🤍

Every ritual I create, every coaching session I lead, and every container I hold through ParasidEarth is deeply connected to the future. Guiding my daughter through the waters of life reminds me why we must honor our own transitions as women. When we heal, pause, and mark our thresholds with sacred intention, we change the current for the generations coming behind us.

Whether you are carrying new life, healing from a loss, navigating early motherhood, or standing at a crossroads, your transition deserves to be witnessed, celebrated, and held.

While the official ParasidEarth website is being built, I am accepting founding clients for 1:1 sacred coaching and private transition rituals.

Let’s flow together. Send me a DM to book a private sacred consultation. 🌿

To my past clients and followers,
I have some beautiful news to share! I am officially rebranding and stepping back into my business with a deeply renewed vision.
I am currently creating a digital sanctuary dedicated to sacred rituals and rites of passage for women. Soon, I will be launching online, self-paced workshops designed to help you honor and hold space for major life transitions including pregnancy, postpartum, miscarriage, infant loss, grief, and menopause.
In our fast-paced modern world, these sacred thresholds are rarely given the space they deserve for us to truly grieve, honor, and integrate. When we don’t know how to process these moments, it can lead to stored emotional trauma that weighs heavily on our minds, bodies, and souls.
I am building this space to help you honor your journey, remember your loved ones, and gently release what you no longer need to carry. Because healing should be accessible, all of these workshops and rituals will be available worldwide.

What else is coming?
✨ Holistic Wellness Coaching: I will soon be opening my books for online global client work, blending holistic counseling and coaching principles.
✨ Local In-Person Work: For those of you nearby, I am offering intuitive somatic work and a beautiful lineup of in-person workshops this summer.
The website is currently under construction, but a lot of magic is happening behind the scenes.
Watch this space!

🤍Hannah
