Heaviness often shows up through worry, judgment, over-efforting, control, and the pressure to accomplish. We may even feel it physically—as tension, contraction, or simply a sense of carrying too much.

But when we breathe, soften, and meet those contractions with awareness and Love, something begins to shift. 🌿

The nervous system relaxes.
The breath deepens.
The Heart opens.

And Lightness naturally begins to emerge.

One of the most common things I hear from patients is:

“I’m exhausted.”

Not just physically tired… but deeply depleted.
Like no amount of sleep, rest, or effort truly restores them.

And often, exhaustion isn’t only about what we’re doing — it’s about where our energy is quietly leaking away.

Worrying about the future.
Replaying the past.
Holding everything together.
Staying connected to things that no longer nourish us.

Over time, it drains the body, the Heart, and the nervous system.

Ritual in Motion: Opening the Heart through Plants and Sound🌿
Join Brandy Wade and myself tomorrow April 4th from 11:00 to 1:00 for a harmonic exploration of plants, sound and heart resonance. Over two hours, you'll deepen your intuitive awareness while engaging with safe, non-toxic herbs.
During this experiential workshop, we will expand our intuition use safe and gentle herbs to receive our own felt experience. We will then talk about what the herb is and it’s qualities - to notice where and how our own Wisdom aligns with what we find in book knowledge. We will create a quiet space using restorative yoga poses, meditation and sound bath to create a new field of energy in the space, allowing more clarity to come through.
