The holidays are just around the corner! 🫣

This time of year tends to get pretty busy for everyone, so if you have preferred days or times for your sessions, it’s always recommended to book ahead! This is also a great time to plan your appointments around any travel or those days when you know you’re going to need a little extra TLC. 🤍

Online booking is available 24/7 at evolvemassagetherapy.biz, or call/text me at (319) 383-3554!

Fall has a way of reminding us to slow down.🍂

As the weather shifts and the days get shorter, there’s a natural change in pace that comes with this time of year. Maybe we can lean into that— take a breath, settle in, and give yourself permission to slow down for a while. 🤍

Huge thank you to Justin for helping get it up!

Today marks two years of caring for the Tama County community, and I couldn’t let the day pass without saying thank you!

To every client who has trusted me with your care, referred a friend or family member, shared a kind word, or traveled from near or far to see me—you’ve helped shape this journey more than you know.

These past two years have taught me so much and have only deepened my passion for this work. I’m incredibly thankful to be a part of this community, and I’m excited for all that’s still to come.

Thank you for allowing me to do what I love every single day! Here’s to many more years of caring for this amazing community. 🤍🎉

How do you know when it’s time for your next session?

•Familiar areas of tension start creeping back in

•Your usual stretches or self-care aren’t giving you the same relief

•You’re craving that feeling of being relaxed and restored

•It’s been too long since you’ve taken time for yourself

Sometimes, we just need to pause and tune in to what our body is asking for.🤍
