With Medicare enrollment approaching, if you want all or most of your Physical Therapy visits covered at SANA, you will need to select a Traditional Medicare or Medicare Advantage PPO plan.

At SANA, we do NOT accept Medicare Advantage HMO plans. These plans narrow your network and provide very low reimbursement for physical therapy services.

We pride ourselves on quality care at SANA where all of your visits are with a Doctor of Physical Therapy for one hour. Leaving your pain and physical difficulties in your past.

Questions? Give us a call: 716-671-SANA (7262).

See you at SANA!
