If you ever wonder…

They call it a midlife crisis, but that’s not what it is.
It’s a reckoning.
A shedding.
A returning to yourself.

The first half of life?
That was survival.
That was becoming who you needed to be to stay safe, to be accepted, to belong. You shaped yourself to fit expectations, to carry the weight, to endure. You learned how to move through the world in a way that kept you afloat, even if it meant losing pieces of yourself along the way.

But then something shifts. The masks feel heavier. The roles feel hollow. The life you built no longer feels like it belongs to you. That’s not a crisis. That’s your soul waking up.

The second half of life is about unbecoming—
unraveling everything that no longer aligns with your truth. Peeling away the conditioning, the obligations, the limiting beliefs that were never truly yours. It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.

This is not an ending.
This is not falling apart.
This is a midlife right of passage.
This is rebirth.
