My name is Patty Alessi and I’m a certified Transformational Breath® Facilitator, registered trademark, Reiki Master Teacher and accredited Life Coach with over 20 years of experience helping people achieve profound shifts in their health, emotions, and spiritual alignment through mindfulness practices.
On this page, I’ll be posting helpful tips, techniques and insights on breathwork, Reiki healing, meditation and more - along with announcing my upcoming coaching workshops and events in the Long Island NY area.
