Go With The Float is proud to be a participating center in Project Arcturus, the world’s largest float research study. Imagine a day when doctors prescribe floating alongside medication, or even in place of it. Your experience could help make that happen.

If you float regularly, or have in the past, you’re exactly who the researchers want to hear from. It only takes a few minutes.

Everyone who floats for the first time says the same thing afterward: “Why did I wait so long?”

Picture it. You step into your private float cabin, a spacious room measuring 4.5 feet wide, 8 feet long, and 7 feet tall. That’s plenty of room to stand up, stretch out, and feel completely at ease. Close the door or leave it open, keep the lights on or turn them off. It’s entirely your choice.

Then you settle into warm, skin-temperature water loaded with Epsom salt. Your body lifts. The noise fades. For the first time in a long time, nothing is asking anything of you.

What floaters love most:
🌊 Deep relaxation and stress relief
🌊 Better, more restful sleep
🌊 Relief for sore muscles and tired joints
🌊 A quieter, clearer mind
🌊 Time to fully disconnect and reset

No phone. No to-do list. No gravity pulling at your shoulders. Just quiet, and the kind of rest most people forget is even possible.

Your friends are already talking about it. Your neighbors have already tried it. Your first float is waiting for you right here in Easthampton.

Stephen sat down with Becky and Lucille on Our Corner, and we loved every minute of it. 🎙️

Stephen first discovered floating back when he was a student at UMass Amherst. One float turned into a curiosity, that curiosity turned into a passion, and that passion became Go With The Float, a place right here in Easthampton where people can slow down, unplug and reconnect with themselves.

Thank you to Becky, Lucille and WSFD 107.5 FM Westfield Community Radio for shining a light on local voices and the stories behind them.

As the days get shorter here in the Valley, give your body a little extra light. ☀️

Our red light therapy sessions are 20 minutes of quiet, private time to recharge. Photobiomodulation uses gentle red and near-infrared light that may support skin health, muscle recovery, and an overall sense of renewal.

Just you, the glow, and a moment to breathe. Pair it with a float or a traditional sauna session for a full reset.

Tank 1 is officially back, and it’s better than ever. 🌊

We’ll be honest: installing our new Superior Float Cabin turned into a much bigger project than we expected. Turns out it takes a village to install a float cabin, and we were lucky to have a great one.

A huge thank you to James Harder of Float Harder - Portland, Maine and Paul and Heather of Samana Float Center for sharing their time, expertise, and patience through the installation and all the troubleshooting along the way. The float community is truly something special.

New here? Our private float cabins aren’t cramped pods. They’re spacious, room-like cabins with high ceilings, measuring 4.5’ wide by 8’ long by 7’ tall, with a full-size door you simply walk through.

We can’t wait to get you floating in Tank 1. Book Your Float through the link in bio.

There’s something about settling into a warm red glow that just feels right. ❤️

Red light therapy (also known as Photobiomodulation) uses specific wavelengths of light to support your body at the cellular level. Guests love it for skin health, muscle recovery, and a calm, restorative 20 minutes all to themselves.

Every session is private, so you can simply relax and let the light do its work. Pair it with a float or sauna visit for the full reset.

Book Your Red Light Session through the link in bio or at GoWithTheFloat.com.
