November is National Family Caregivers Month, and I want to open it by saying something plainly:

If you're caring for someone you love at home a parent, a spouse, a neighbor you're doing one of the hardest jobs there is, and most of it happens where nobody sees.

I see it. I watched my father care for my mother, and I've spent 25 years walking into homes where a daughter is running on four hours of sleep or a husband hasn't had a day to himself in a year. The love is real. So is the exhaustion.

This year's theme is Care Connects Us, and that's exactly how we work at iCherish. When we step into a home, we're not just caring for one person. We're standing with the whole family.

All month we'll be honoring the family caregivers of Lake Country. If that's you, drop a 💜 below. If you know one, tag them,they need to hear it.

🟣 Lake Country Dementia Caregiver Support Group – November Session
Mealtimes can become one of the hardest parts of the day. A loved one who won't eat. Forgets to drink. Pushes the plate away. Struggles with utensils. These moments can leave a caregiver worried, frustrated, and wondering what to do next.

Join us for Session 5: NUTRITION, HYDRATION & MEALTIMES

We'll talk about why eating and drinking change with dementia, simple ways to make mealtimes calmer and more successful, and how to keep your loved one nourished without turning every meal into a battle.

🎉🐔 THE WAIT IS OVER! 🐔🎉

Chick-N-Run Lake Oconee is officially opening TOMORROW, Wednesday, October 28th! ❤️🖤

We will be opening our doors bright and early at 6:00 AM for breakfast! ☀️🍳 Breakfast will be served until 10:30 AM, followed by our delicious lunch and dinner menu for the rest of the day!

We also want to share a little about what to expect when dining with us! ❤️🐔

At Chick-N-Run, we offer a fast-casual dining experience! We’re not your typical fast-food restaurant, but we’re also not a traditional sit-down restaurant. We offer a comfortable, casual atmosphere where you can enjoy a delicious meal without the formality of full-service dining.

Whether you’re stopping by for breakfast, grabbing lunch, or bringing the family for dinner, we can’t wait to serve you! ⏰ Our Hours:

Monday–Friday: 6 AM – 8 PM
Saturday: 7 AM – 8 PM
Sunday: CLOSED

We are beyond excited to finally open our doors and serve the Lake Oconee community! Thank you all for your love, patience, and support as we’ve prepared for this special day.
