Message of the week. Life can bring you down sometimes and put you outside of your comfort zone. But rest assured that spirit is on your side. Stop and think for a few seconds before making an important decision. Remember your sacred space. You have one, right? A sacred space can be a place where you know you are safe, loved, and respected. Someplace you can go back to when you really need it. Nurturing that space and understanding the importance of it can really help you at the most important times.

To each individual, choosing a particular direction is based on a well reasoned thought process. Known only to that individual. Our personal paths mingle, cross, and connect. This is the flow of life. There are turbulent spots and calm flowing areas. Surrendering to the flow of life means accepting that changes will happen, and we are all a living part of it.

There really is a lot more there than just a reflection in the mirror.
