We all start the year with big intentions…
And then Monday morning shows up early.

As Minnesota settles into deep winter, we see more and more patients with
stiffer joints, less mobility, and more inflammation.

Dr. Zach shares a few simple, realistic ways to keep your body moving better through the cold months:
✔ Gentle movement
✔ Warmth & hydration
✔ Supportive care when needed

No extremes. Just smart habits that work.

We’re here to help you stay comfortable, mobile, and active all winter long.
