🌿 Please Join Us in Welcoming John Thompson to VIBE Integrated Health! 🌿

We are excited to introduce John Thompson, MS, LPCC, one of the newest members of the VIBE team!

John brings a wealth of experience, both personally and professionally, to his work as a therapist. As a military veteran with 34 years of service in the Marine Corps and Army, John has a unique understanding of the challenges faced by military service members, veterans, and their families.

As an EMDR therapist, John specializes in helping adults navigate trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. His approach incorporates evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, CBT, DBT skills, and solution-focused therapy.

What makes John a wonderful addition to VIBE? His extensive military experience, dedication to supporting others, and passion for helping individuals work through life's challenges align beautifully with our mission of putting humans first, always.

🌿 Welcome Dana to VIBE Integrated Health!

We are so excited to officially welcome Dana Miller, MSW, LICSW, to the VIBE team! 🤍

Dana brings 16+ years of experience in the mental health field and is also EMDR certified. She has a warm, grounded approach and enjoys helping adults navigate the seasons of life that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from ourselves and the people around us.

Dana especially enjoys supporting clients 35+ who may be experiencing anxiety, trauma/PTSD, relationship or marital challenges, parenting concerns, stress, self-esteem struggles, and major life transitions.

Her work also focuses on patterns many of us can relate to — overthinking, people-pleasing, feeling overwhelmed, and the lasting impact of relational trauma.

We are incredibly excited to have Dana bring her experience, authenticity, and compassionate approach to VIBE. 🌿

🎉 Celebrating 1 Year with Cara! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Cara Winter, MA, and her one-year anniversary with VIBE Integrated Health! ❤️

Cara took a leap of faith on VIBE early on, joining us while we were still building, growing, and figuring out so much of what VIBE would become. A year later, she continues to be such a valued member of our team, bringing warmth, compassion, authenticity, and clinical expertise to the work she does with her clients.

And Cara has certainly stuck with us through some of the craziness this past year. Growth, changes, transitions, virtual work, construction delays, and everything in between! Her flexibility, patience, and continued commitment to VIBE have meant more than she probably knows.

One of the things I’m most excited about as we enter this next chapter is finally getting our team together in person at our new Bloomington office and getting to work alongside Cara.

Cara, thank you for taking that leap of faith on VIBE a year ago and for continuing to be such an important part of what we’re building. We are so grateful you’re here.
