Hi, I’m Dr. Sam and I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel better but I’ve become especially interested in helping women understand what’s really going on inside their bodies.

Loved teaching our Mommy & Me Yoga class today! 🤍

We had so much fun enjoying gentle movement, yoga, and quality time together, then finished the class with soothing baby massage techniques to promote relaxation, healthy development, and bonding between mom and baby.

Teaching in the beautiful space at Besties made the morning even more special. 🩷🧘‍♀️👶

It's kitten season and the rescues are full of kittens! Join us for our first Kitten Yoga Session. This is an all-levels restorative yoga class hosted by Edge Fit Chiropractic featuring adoptable kittens from Farmhouse-cats. Please bring a mat and water. Applications for adoptable kittens will be accepted and processed through Farmhouse Cats. No kittens will be adopted at or directly after class.
