Healing Well Update:
I would like to genuinely express my deepest gratitude to every single person who showed up for me in one way or another when I needed support the most. Whether it was through your words, your prayers, your financial support, a phone call, a message, a hug, or simply being there—I felt it, and I will never forget it.

I have endured many losses in this lifetime, but the loss of my Mama, and the way I lost her, has been the most heart-shattering experience of my life. At times, it has been paralyzing.

I have never had to rely so deeply on my faith, my strength, my tribe, and my community more than I have since August 22, 2026.

Thank you for being loyal and faithful—not only as clients, but as friends. I have never experienced anything quite like the outpouring of love and support I have received, and I am so incredibly blessed. 🙏❤️

As I begin finding my way back, I need to take my time returning to my craft. My energy, my body, and my heart… I am not at my best yet to do all that I do.

For now, I will be easing back into the studio at least 3 days a week, offering massage only, as I slowly find my way back to myself and back into the Healing Well vibe. 🌻✨️

I look forward to seeing everyone, reconnecting, and having the opportunity to thank you in person for all of the love and support you have shown me.

Healing Well Update.
Remains closed until further notice.

I don't really know how to make this post so please bare with me. The past 10days have been the hardest days of my life. It pains me to share that my beautiful mama passed away 8/31 💔

I did return to Florida today 9/1 thinking I had some time to do all the things I needed to do on behalf of my mama. Including rest, for myself and to return for periods of time at the studio. But unfortunately some things in life are just cruel. I got word today on my way home that I have only 2 weeks to empty out her apartment and to find a home for her 2 kitties.
I also have to make all the arrangements and pay for my moms cremation and bring her home with me.
And so much more but I will spare the details.

With all this being said it's likely that I may not be able to fully return to the studio until the end of the month.
I do not ask for help often but I'm asking for help now.

My biggest concern right now is my mom's cats. I want to bring them to Florida and yes I would love more than anything to keep them bc they are a part of my mom. But unfortunately I already have two of my own and I live in a very small place and introducing two new cats would create chaos that I cannot handle right now. So I am looking for a new home here locally preferably with someone that I know or is connected to somebody that I know that will provide a loving, nurturing, safe, happy home for Alfie and Nuna. They cannot be separated. I can provide pictures and details later in a separate post.

Please share this information. Please bare with me as I try to navigate all of this. I'm still in shock and have not been given a single second to fully comprehend that my mom is gone, let alone begin to grieve and take care of myself the way i need to. I have to finalize everything before that can even happen.

Again any and all support is deeply appreciated.

Happy Tuesday beautiful souls.I just wanted to do a little start your day off right with some affirmations and numerology. A little more regarding the "my energy is addicting" affirmation card. When you speak this out into the universe speak it with protection over it and with pure intentions of drawing in what is good for you. Because even though our energy is addicting and magnetic it doesn't always attract what is healthy and good for us so be mindful. XoXo

Self Care Sunday. As you will see it was only 5 mins and 18 seconds if you want to be precise. What I'm trying to say is that's all it takes to give yourself a little love and a little attention. Doing something for yourself that makes you feel good changes your vibration and that can change the rest of your day. Take the time for you because you deserve it.
