A lot of people think deeper pressure means a better massage, but that’s not always true. The body responds best when it feels safe enough to release tension, not when it’s fighting against pain.

At Shire Wellness, every session is adjusted to what your body actually needs that day. Sometimes that means deeper focused work and sometimes a slower, lighter approach that allows muscles to soften naturally.

Pain relief isn’t always about force. Often it’s about working with the body, not against it.

Healing looks different for everyone 🌿

At Shire Wellness, every session is tailored to the person on the table — whether that means relieving tension from long days at a desk, improving mobility, or simply creating space to slow down and reset.

We’re grateful for every client who trusts us with their care and shares their experience. ✨

Lower back pain is rarely just about one spot. Tightness, compensation and restricted movement can all contribute to discomfort over time.

Here Jeff is using focused massage techniques to help lengthen the muscles of the lower back, release tension and encourage better mobility and relief.

A lot of people carry stress and tension in the lower back without even realizing it.

Every session is tailored to what your body needs that day.

Dogs instinctively shake off stress. 🐕✨

Humans can benefit from that kind of movement too.

One technique Jeff sometimes uses during massage is gentle rhythmic shaking to help the body relax, release tension and calm the nervous system. It looks simple, but it can feel incredibly grounding.

Not every body needs more pressure. Sometimes it just needs help letting go.

Morning reset. 🌿

Jeff’s current go-to:
Fresh celery juice with a pinch of mineral salt for hydration and electrolytes.

Simple habits tend to work better than complicated ones.
