You are not alone. 💙

Becoming a parent can bring joy, but it can also bring overwhelming emotions, stress, anxiety, or sadness. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health challenges during pregnancy or after childbirth, help is available.

The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline offers free, confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call or text 1-833-TLC-MAMA (1-833-852-6262) to connect with trained counselors who can provide emotional support, resources, and referrals.

Remember, asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Taking care of your mental health is an important part of caring for yourself and your family.

💙👶🤱

No estás sola. 💙
