This FREE class will be held Oct. 20th from 6pm-7:45pm at Natural Grocers in Edmond. It is open to the public so bring a friend.

Class Description:
Have you ever considered why it's so easy to return to old habits and regain weight you worked so hard to lose? Do you eat when you're not hungry or overeat repeatedly knowing you will feel miserable? Are you tired of food and weight consuming your thoughts?

In this engaging class, a licensed professional counselor will explore how emotions and core beliefs influence both our eating behaviors and relationship with food. You'll learn why you may be sabotaging your success and gain strategies to develop bahavior patterns that not only support a healthier, leaner you but also give you freedom from the bo***ge of food noise and overeating.

🎉 Our Auriculotherapy/Ear Seeding event was a huge success. 🎉

Tammy offered a variety of ear seeds that participants could choose from and everyone got 3 seeds placed on both ears. Two of the seeds were placed in the most common places that benefit everyone and the third seed was placed wherever the client needed it most. Some seeds are more noticeable than others (see photos) but they all serve the same purposes.

Jill received a 4th seed because she had been dealing with a headache all day. Tammy was able to see evidence of that on her ear. A seed was placed in a very specific spot to address that issue and Jill left feeling much better.

Because this event was a big hit, we have decided to open the schedule next Wednesday, Oct. 14th from 10am-12pm for those who want to really target their specific health issues. This targeted approach will take approximately 30 minutes per person and participants will receive more ear seeds.
