Our specialized community environments and personalized care model reconnect your loved ones to their cherished memories—helping to create a deep sense of purpose for them. Memory loss manifests itself differently in each person and we recognize the challenges faced. This specialized memory care community is near medical facilities equipped to serve the specific needs of those experiencing Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other forms of memory loss.

Our monthly Memory Café is happening tomorrow at Cedar Creek!

Join us Wednesday, October 21, from 12:00–1:30 PM for a welcoming gathering where individuals living with dementia and their loved ones can enjoy conversation, connection, and time together. Complimentary lunch will be provided!

Can't make it this time? No worries! We host our Memory Café every 3rd Wednesday of the month.
