The 412th MDG has been affected by the power outage.

Due to the outage the 412th MDG Appointment Line is currently experiencing an outage. Calls to 661-277-7118 cannot be completed.

Technicians are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. To contact the 412th MDG, please utilize the MHS GENESIS Patient portal.

Patients with appointments before 1200 will be rescheduled. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this causes.

Through your MHS GENESIS Patient Portal, you’ll be able to:

•See all your prescriptions that are available to be refilled.
•Choose which ones you want refilled.
•Choose where you want to pick up the refill.
•See when your prescriptions are ready to be picked up.

- MDG Training Day

Friday 19 April 2024:

- The Dental Clinic is closed from 1130-1330. Contact the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-847-2273 for the emergency on-call dentist if needed.

- X-ray services will be closed. Patients that must have x-ray examinations performed will receive off-base referrals.

PHARMACY UPDATE:

Team Edwards,

Military Health System pharmacies are continuing to experience service interruptions from the unexpected systems outage that began last week.

Longer than normal wait times are expected for new prescriptions. Prescription refills may take an additional 1-2 business days to process. Some medications can be expedited on a case-by-case basis based on the acuity of care.

We appreciate your patience as we continue working towards a solution. Please stay tuned for updates.

A recent cyberattack on Change Healthcare has impacted military pharmacies worldwide and some retail pharmacies nationally.

The worldwide military pharmacy system outage is still on going.

The 412 MDG Pharmacy has established a work-around process to fill prescriptions on a case-by-case basis in the meantime.
