AFMS Eielson 354th Medical Group Our Mission: Deliver Ready Medics, Ready Forces, and a Healthy Community! Pharmacy, laboratory, X-ray and immunizations services are located in the clinic.

The 354th Medical Group provides outpatient primary healthcare under the TRICARE program for all eligible beneficiaries living in the Eielson area. In addition, a collocated dental clinic provides general dental care for all active-duty military members. Bassett Army Community Hospital on Fort Wainwright serves as the Eielson clinic's primary referral source for specialty and inpatient care.

Please be advised that on Friday, 09 October 2026, the Walk-in Contraceptive Clinic (WiCC) will not be available.
All other services offered by the MTF will be unaffected.
WiCC services will resume as normal on 16 October 2026.
