A little BTS of what a regular day at The Macro Lab looks like. From our kitchen staff with our head chef Klaudia Rodriguez 👩‍🍳leading the way in every dish. To the cooks, prep staff & our front staff that make all the magic happen, DAILY.

We are able to provide our customers with a menu of over 20 dishes, 3-5 rotating items WEEKLY. Due to the efficiency of our staff & systems. We strive to bring the best quality of freshness in meal prep dishes, while keeping calories effective to hit health/weightloss goals. & of course never boring. 🥱
