💙 The Case Management Week celebrations continue! 🎉

Today, our three AVIR facilities came together to treat the wonderful case management teams at Sierra Hospital and Sierra Rehab to a delicious lunch! It was a small gesture of appreciation for their dedication, compassion, and the important role they play in helping patients receive the care and support they deserve.

We kicked off the celebration by treating the case management team at The Hospitals of Providence Transmountain Campus to a special lunch and thoughtful appreciation goodies! 🍽️🎁
