Save the date! Free flu shots will be available across Tennessee this October.

On Tuesday, October 20, local county health departments across Tennessee will offer free flu shots as part of the statewide 2026 Fight Flu prevention effort.

Free flu shots are available for Tennesseans ages 6 months and older.

Today we are celebrating one year of New Heights DPC!

A year ago, Dr. Amanda Lingerfelt opened the doors of New Heights DPC with a simple mission: better care, better quality, better outcomes. We wanted to start a primary care practice built around time, trust, and real relationships instead of rushed visits and endless paperwork.

Today, we're overflowing with gratitude.
