I’ve had a lot of people reach out since my post yesterday with questions about what exactly I’m doing, how to see me, and what’s coming next. First, thank you. The amount of support has honestly meant a lot to me.
So I figured I’d answer a few of the questions I keep getting.
What exactly are you doing at Total Life?
I’m currently seeing patients for physician led male hormone and endocrine health, including comprehensive evaluation for low testosterone, hormone optimization, metabolic health, body composition, energy, recovery, and long term health.
My approach is pretty simple: we evaluate first, understand what’s actually going on, and then build a plan. This isn’t about handing everyone testosterone or chasing a number on a lab report. If treatment is appropriate, we’ll discuss it. If something else needs attention, we’ll address that too.
How do I schedule a consultation with you?
You can schedule through Total Life Wellness & Aesthetics. If you call or message the office and tell them you’d like to schedule with Dr. Milesko for a male hormone consultation, they’ll get you taken care of.
Do you take insurance?
These consultations and hormone optimization services are currently offered as direct pay services rather than traditional insurance visits. You can still use your regular physicians and insurance for the rest of your medical care. My role is focused specifically on this area of your health.
Is this only for men who want testosterone?
No. And that distinction is important to me.
You don’t come in assuming you need testosterone. We look at symptoms, previous labs, medications, sleep, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, body composition, fertility goals when relevant, and the other factors that can affect how you feel. Then we order appropriate testing and meet again to go through everything together.
What about women’s hormone care?
Total Life already has an established team providing a broad range of wellness and aesthetic services. My current clinical focus there is male hormone and endocrine health, with additional physician led performance and recovery services being developed.
Are you still working with Club One?
Absolutely.
I met with Chad this week, and we’re working toward getting services rolling there as well. Club One remains an important part of what we’re building around performance, recovery, body composition, and helping people stay active and healthy.
What about Milesko Medicine?
Milesko Medicine isn’t going anywhere. What you’re seeing is actually the vision continuing to grow. This is bringing physician led care into environments where people are already investing in their health, performance, and longevity.
For now, if you’ve been wondering why your energy, recovery, body composition, sexual health, or overall performance doesn’t feel like it used to, come talk to me.
Sometimes the first step isn’t treatment. It’s finally taking the time to figure out what’s going on.
And again to everyone who called, texted, commented, shared the post, or simply reached out to say congratulations, thank you. I noticed it, and I appreciate it more than you know.
