We want to thank each and every woman who courageously stepped forward this weekend to go beneath the noise to remember who they are at the deepest level of their being.

We witnessed such heart openings and vulnerabilities that show us what connection really means when women gather together.

We wanted this to be a transformative retreat where you leave changed, different, renewed, opened, empowered!

Thank you for showing us our purpose which we needed to feel this weekend, erasing any doubts that this is what we are here to do.

We love you ladies!!! This wouldn’t have happened without you! We honor you and your journey!

My old school soul sisters❤️

Old-school friends are the ones who knew you before you became who you are today. They’ve witnessed every version of you, loved you through the messy chapters, and still show up to laugh about the good old days. Some friendships don’t age, they just become more valuable. ❤️

Here’s to entering a new era of life!!! 🪩

October is here to transform you within💥🪽🙏

Maybe the trigger is showing you a boundary.

Maybe the exhaustion is showing you where you’ve been over-giving or tolerating.

Maybe the grief is asking to finally be felt.

Maybe the discomfort is here to show you there’s a better way.

Maybe it’s all information that your body has been trying to tell you.

The best way of appreciation is leaving a review!

If your ever wanting to know how to support someone in a small business this is how 👆 ✨✨

You make it possible for others to find the healing they need.

Don’t ever think your review doesn’t matter! It matters so much!!!

Thanks to everyone who supports my vision, passion to help empower and raise the vibration 🙌🌀💥❤️🙏😎🪽

9/30: Use this Venus in Scorpio ♏️ energy to work with your shadow!

There is soooo much power in working with your shadow, not talked about enough!

You have both light and dark and to find the balance is when you see the shift!

This shift can bring about forgiveness, compassion, strength, discernment, resilience and personal self empowerment!

I am currently booking for November if you’re interested in working with your nervous system, where the magic door lives!

Thanks for hanging in there for 30 days with me! Your support means more than you know!

9/29: There is power in your voice 🙌

This 30 day talking online was an inspirational hit that I received.

When inspiration hits me fast I know it’s a sign for me to do the thing. (led by god/source)

Follow the curiosity it will lead you to places you had no idea where it would take you.

Your voice carries your energy and your aura.

I have been so surprised to receive so much support.

So if you have a small business or you are an entrepreneur in the spiritual or wellness field, I can’t recommend this enough.

It’s often times, the people in these fields that want to stay humble and that want to wait and see who they attract, but if we can’t see you or feel your energy,we don’t know you’re there.

DM me if you’re interested in a supportive circle for starting to speak online, I’d love to help you with it!

Sun is shining less, cloudy days ahead!

But don’t worry! Your team is here to help you be your best!!!

Make it a non-negotiable appointment!

You will thank yourself later!!!
