I attended Hidden Laws of Leadership in Concord and Boston Massachusetts with Mary Morrissey and John Boggs last week. This is where two revolutions took place...the birth of a nation revolution and a thinking revolution. I am standing where great thinkers masterminded both revolutions and close to where the first shot was fired for freedom of both revolutions.

One of the important hidden laws is examining and answering "who am I?" which determines our leadership potential.

A question to ask yourself ...do you come from an oppressed version of you or from an EMPOWERING TRUTH?

Your self image sets the boundaries of individual accomplishment. It defines what you can and cannot do. You never outperform your self image.

⏰BREAKING THE “NOT ENOUGH TIME” PARADIGM

Every hear yourself say, “I just don’t have enough time?"🙋‍♀️

Here’s the truth - this is one of the most powerful paradigms that blocks new results. In reality, it’s rarely about actual time, and ALSWAYS about the perception of what’s possible within it.

✨Think about it: How many dreams have you delayed because of the story, “I’ll do it when I have more time”?

Here’s what I’ve seen in my own coaching practice (and my own life!)
When a client shifts from “There isn’t enough time” to "What can I do with the time I have?” - everything changes.
🔑UNIVERSAL PRINCIPLE:
Your results will never outgrow your paradigm. To change your results, you must change your beliefs about time.

So, what’s ONE small action you can take today - right now - that moves you towards your vision?
