🩺 **Great Doctors Never Stop Learning!**
This weekend, Dr. Clifford attended the **2026 Maryland Chiropractic Association Fall Convention in Annapolis, Maryland!**
Why? Because providing the best possible care for his patients means staying informed, continuing to learn, and exploring new approaches to health and wellness.
Throughout the weekend, Dr. Clifford participated in educational sessions covering a variety of important topics:
🤰 **Pregnancy & Chiropractic Care** – Understanding the physical changes women experience during pregnancy, including posture, movement, ergonomics, and ways to help improve comfort.
💪 **Supporting Expectant Mothers** – Exploring biomechanics, movement assessments, and rehabilitation strategies to better understand common pregnancy-related discomforts, including back, rib, and pelvic pain.
❤️ **Recognizing Human Trafficking** – Learning how healthcare professionals can recognize warning signs, respond appropriately, and help connect survivors with support and resources.
🧠 **Chiropractic Homeostasis** – Exploring the connections between breathing, balance, posture, and the nervous system, along with strategies patients can incorporate into their daily lives.
😴 **Sleep, Cognition & Overall Wellness** – Examining research on the relationships between physical function, sleep, cognitive health, and recovery.
**What does all this mean for his patients?**
It means Dr. Clifford is continually expanding his knowledge, asking questions, and exploring evidence-informed approaches to help provide thoughtful, individualized chiropractic care.
Because chiropractic care isn't just about what happens during your appointment. It's also about helping you understand your body, move more comfortably, and make informed decisions about your health.
👏 **Thank you, Dr. Clifford, for investing your time in continuing education and making your patients' well-being a priority!**
