Good afternoon-due to business changes the physical office at 1200 Ave. E will be closing June 1, 2025.

The number for the William Bee Ririe Rural Health Clinic is 775-289-3612. If you need medical records transferred, your new provider may fax a request to 1-775-402-4227.

If you are an established patient seen within the last year, please ask your pharmacy to send a refill request so I can make sure you don’t run out of your needed medications.

Shannin will continue IV and Botox appointments for clients. Her number is 702-858-4135.

I will work on requests as quickly as possible, please note some tasks may take longer to complete. I have truly enjoyed these last 6 years and appreciate the trust placed in me. Thank you for understanding and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Office update: I will be out of the office February 12-22, traveling to attend my grandma’s funeral services. I will have some availability during this time for telemedicine visits with established patients.

Also a friendly reminder we do telemedicine over the phone 📞. We recommend that you establish care with us first before telemedicine visits.

Quick update of hours and services:

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9 am-4pm

Services provided by appointment: Quick care visits-includes colds, cough, sore throat, flu, UTI, minor injuries, etc…It is highly recommended patients have a primary care doctor/provider for chronic medical conditions.

Services not currently provided include: women’s GYN exams, vaccinations, emergency related care for unstable conditions, etc…

KGHM Robinson Mine employees and dependents (with mine insurance) office visits $25.

Last but not least-Shannin Pierce with Thrive Wellness offers IV hydration services and Xeomin (Botox) injections🎉🎊👏
