We all need a Cosmic Kick in The Pants sometimes (it has a ring to it.. doesn’t it?) 😉

We shouldn’t be avoiding fear. Instead, fear = pay attention! 🔔

Growth opportunities don’t come from a place of comfort, they come from outside of your comfort zone. A place of fear.

Today, try to do one thing to confront fear. It will make you stronger. 🤝

Before tripping on Aya.. let’s maybe take it back to the basics. 👀

BREATH! 🌬️

Specifically, Soma Breath - Think of it as meditation, but a little bit more active and lot more intentional!

Simple, structured breathing can have more of an impact than searching for your next spiritual breakthrough.

Your breath is the most powerful way to begin.. unless you’re really dead set on that Aya trip. 🫣

Turns out you don’t have to uproot your entire life to shift your reality! 🤷🏻‍♀️

But for real, making consistent TINY changes, you’ll be able to change the entire experience.. and quickly! 👀

Instead of busting out a whole mission: make that phone call you’ve been avoiding, send that email, watch the sunset, take a walk at dawn!

I call this kaleidoscope power. Small, consistent shifts really can change your entire world. ✨

Sacred geometry + light = the ultimate manifestation formula. 🌞

This is one of my favourite exercises if you have a thought, feeling or idea you want to manifest! 👇🏻

Imagine a crystal clear multi-sided pyramid → place your thought/idea/emotion inside of it → imagine the pyramid bathing in golden sunlight → sit with that thought and watch the magic unfold!

Let me know how it goes, I wanna be excited with you! 🤟🏼

Mark your calendars and get ready to moon it up! 🌖

The full moon in Aries is coming up on September 26th & is going to bring big bold ENERGY for getting what YOU want!

Prepare by asking yourself, “what am I ready to put down?” or “what am I ready to go all in on?”

Got some weird energy hanging around?

Negative energy lingers and this is the best way to say goodbye and cleanse your space. ✨

Don’t forget to set a clear intention once you’ve cleansed your energy too!

My fave way to face the grizzly bear that is fear?

CARPE DIEM! ⭐️

Interrupt the spiral with action. Make the call, book the trip, confront the fear by taking small steps that may seem scary.

You don’t need a full moon ceremony to reset your energy. Just your legs and a little dusk light. 🌙

Walking at this exact time of day pulls double duty, it grounds you and clears out whatever’s been clinging to your field.

Make it a nightly habit and notice how much brighter you start to feel. ✨

Embedded in the experience of loss is the possibility of more. 🕊️✨

When grief pulls at you like a drain trying to take you under, ask instead: what is this here to serve? How is it awakening me to more?

Picture a golden spiral rising up through your body, not fighting the pull, just rising through it. 🌻

More awareness. More joy. More abundance. More alignment. More enlightenment.

Let the power of loss show you more. 💓
