Vulnerability and accountability post my friends!
I harp on my clients each week to take progress pictures and track their weigh ins/body fat etc. not because I want them but because it can get so easy to look at the mirror and think I haven’t made any progress towards my goals.
We are usually are own worst critic!
And with that comes that voice that thinks we haven’t changed, we aren’t moving in the right direction, we are stuck and so on.
Photos are great for this.
Hard proof of change and something you can be proud of once you have gotten there.
It’s a journey.
I’ve taken countless progress pictures📸
Eaten countless meal preps🥗
Done countless workouts🏋️♀️
I’ve gained weight, lost weight, made my goals then lost it again.
It’s all part of it.
Be consistent and you’ll make it. None of us are perfect. But we owe it to ourselves to try.
fitness is one of those things that you never miss the boat for. It’ll always be waiting for you to pick it back up if you ever fall off.
But also be gentle with yourself❤️
