I move through each exercise slowly to the pace of my breath. I'll do 3 reps of each exercise before I move to the next exercise. No rush, take your time. The Windmill is the only one I hold for 3-5 breaths.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Single Arm Golf Swing Alt Arms.
- Full Golf Swing with a Stretch for the Chest.
- Long Torso Stretch.
- T-Spine Rotation.
- Windmill.

Reapeat on other side starting with Long Torso Stretch.

October is National Spina Bifida Awareness Month and to celebrate we want to introduce you to Tyler, a twelve-year-old who embodies the #Made2Move ethos. Tyler is a talented, adaptive athlete who plays wheelchair tennis, baseball and mono-skis. His mom, Amy, loves TRX and recently they’ve started training with the straps to help Tyler gain strength and shoulder ROM. Right now, their focus is on getting used to holding the straps and understanding the basis of the movements. They’re heading to a weekend trip for teens with Spina Bifida in a few weeks, and they’ll be bringing their TRX straps along!
