🍂 Fall is here, and so is cold & flu season!

If you’re breastfeeding, you may have questions about what happens when you or your little one gets sick.

The good news? In many cases, you can continue breastfeeding even when you’re sick. Breast milk continues to provide important nutrition and immune-supporting components for your baby. 🤍

Remember to wash your hands, cover coughs and sneezes, and check with your healthcare provider or pharmacist before taking medications while breastfeeding.

And mama, don’t forget to take care of yourself, too. Rest when you can, accept help, and give yourself plenty of grace. 🍂
