The collective nervous system has been hijacked.
And it’s not an accident.
Your focus and attention are your most valuable currency.
And most of us are giving them away for free.
Empire thrives on dysregulation.
On disembodied bodies.
On fear, looping, numbing, and collapse.
It always has.
When we live and act from our unhealed wounds, we become easier to provoke, easier to divide, and easier to direct.
Our power leaks.
Our life force gets siphoned.
Our attention becomes someone else’s currency.
These times call for bodies that can stay present under pressure.
For people who can feel deeply, grieve fiercely, hold paradox, and remain whole in the face of uncertainty.
People who can discern what is theirs to carry, what is theirs to change, and what was never theirs to begin with.
Are you shaping the moment, or being shaped by it?
Quietly, a renaissance is already underway.
Not in headlines.
Not in institutions.
But in bodies.
In the return of instinct.
In the sharpening of perception.
In the reclamation of attention, desire, and life force.
The roots have already dropped deep.
What is forming does not need permission.
Change is happening beneath the surface.
And the body is not merely a witness to this becoming.
It is the instrument through which we give it form.
Embodiment makes us ungovernable.
This is the work we practice inside VESSEL, a three-month women’s cohort at Formation.
We train strength, movement, body literacy, and discernment. We learn to direct our force, inhabit our bodies more fully, and build the capacity to meet life without abandoning ourselves.
Not to escape the world.
To become more capable of shaping it.
VESSEL is in formation. 🏺
