WHAT IF THE MESSAGE ISN’T THE PROBLEM? WHAT IF IT’S THE DOUBT THAT COMES AFTER?
One of the biggest mistakes I made early in my spiritual journey was dismissing what I knew.
I’d receive a message, notice a synchronicity, or have a strong inner knowing, and then immediately start picking it apart.
Was it intuition?
Was it my imagination?
Was I simply hoping for a certain outcome?
That questioning wasn’t always bad. In fact, discernment matters deeply in spiritual practice.
But there’s a difference between discernment and constantly talking yourself out of what you know.
Over the years, I’ve learned to become much more curious about those quiet messages instead of automatically dismissing them.
That doesn’t mean every thought is divine guidance.
It means I’ve learned to listen before I explain it away.
And sometimes the message makes absolutely no logical sense.
Those are often the ones that make me smile and think, Well… apparently Spirit has the better GPS.
If you’ve ever sensed something clearly and then immediately doubted yourself, you’re not alone.
Your invitation isn’t to believe every thought. It’s to become curious about what keeps coming through.
