Cluster feeding is normal. Evening cluster feeding does not automatically mean low supply.

It can mean:
✨Your milk looks different at night.
✨Baby is seeking comfort.
✨Baby is getting ready for a growth spurt.
✨you are baby’s safe space.

All of that is normal.

Relax, grab a cup of tea and regulate with you babe💚And tell me what you do during those long cluster feeding sessions?

There’s no secret trick to breastfeeding or milk supply.

No magic cookie or beverages.

Stay hydrated, eat enough calories, sleep and rest as needed. Remove milk effectively, efficiently and frequently.

No quick fix to be found in a mom group or the end of the internet.

Ask for help if you need it 🤗
