This 💚✨ I know I’m not the only person who feels this way. For me it’s been years of transitioning from a pretty healthy person to having a rare blood disorder to watching my husband have a heart attack to watching my dad struggle with health to watching my mom struggle with health and passing away to leaving a career that I fought so hard to have to transitioning into taking care of some of the most important little people in my life to becoming an empty nester when being a mom was my identity. Somewhere along the line, not in a deep depression, not in high state of anxiety, but in a simmering of stuckness I couldn’t find my way out. I was in the muck. It was in the remembering of all the versions of who I am up to this woman I am today I realized this, none of that is why I felt stuck. It was in the remembering of who I was in the other versions of myself I realized I stopped listening to my intuition. I stopped letting my spirit guides show me the way. In the simmering I allowed the things I can’t control to control me. It was in the remembering that I remembered I control me. If you can relate and would like to join a group of woman who want to remember what it’s like to be in control of themselves. To heal to the point you feel good about life again then comment “The Remembering” below and I’ll share with you how together we can find your way back to you.
