Everyone's curious about her. What she's doing differently. Better genes, more time, more money, a dermatologist you can't get into.

Here's what I actually find more often than not: she stopped treating her skin and her health like two separate problems.

Your skin is built by your body. Estrogen signals collagen production. Iron and protein supply the raw material. Inflammation breaks it down just as fast as you build it back up. So when a woman's hormones shift, and her iron is sitting at the bottom of "normal," she can be doing everything right on the outside and still only get a fraction of the result. Then she blames herself for it.

Fix what's happening internally, and what you're already doing on your skin finally starts working the way it's supposed to.

It's not a secret. It's just an order of operations nobody's explained until now.

If you're ready to find out what's actually going on for you, that's exactly what a consult is for. The link is waiting in bio.

She didn't ask for bigger lips. She asked why hers looked thinner than they used to, why lip liner had become a daily requirement instead of a finishing touch, and why every photo from a slight angle made her lips disappear entirely.

That's not really a lip problem. It's a border problem. Somewhere between your twenties and now, the edge that used to hold your lip color and your lip shape in place started to soften. Lipstick bleeds. Definition fades. You start over-lining just to get back what your lips used to do on their own.

So we didn't chase volume. We rebuilt the border first. A small, precise amount of filler along the vermilion line to restore definition, then just enough through the body of the lip to bring back shape and hydration, not size.

Look at the after photo. The lips aren't dramatically bigger. They're defined again. The color sits where it's supposed to. The shape holds up without a liner doing all the work.

This is what I mean when I say the goal isn't more filler. It's the right amount, in the right place, for the actual problem you came in with.

If your lips have lost their edge and you've started relying on liner to fake it, DM me. I'll tell you honestly whether this is a border fix like hers, or something else entirely.

You lose about 1% of your collagen every year, starting in your mid-20s. 😬

That number doesn't feel real until you're standing in front of a mirror wondering why your skin looks different than it did last year, even though nothing "happened." No injury, no big change. Just years of quiet decline that finally became visible.

I didn't start recommending microneedling because it trended. I started because I saw that decline on my own face by my late twenties, and skincare alone wasn't enough to touch it.

Microneedling is the treatment I keep coming back to because it doesn't just address one concern. Texture, tone, and fine lines respond together, because they're all downstream of the same collagen loss.

It's not glamorous. You're pink for a few days. But the real result shows up months later, in skin that's actually rebuilding instead of just being covered up.

If you've noticed your skin asking for more than your routine is giving it, come see me today at the Fall Soirée. I'll be talking through microneedling in person, and I'll have special event pricing on it.

TOMORROW, October 8th, is Fall Soirée, and I’ve been building this one differently than past events.

I didn’t want it to just be a night of specials. I wanted it to actually reflect how I practice: skincare, functional and regenerative medicine, and injectables, all under one roof, because that’s genuinely how I think about care. Not as separate services you book separately, but as one plan that works together.

12–1:30pm: Free aesthetics & skin consultations
2–4pm: Functional & regenerative medicine
4:30–7pm: Galderma (Sculptra, Dysport, filler)

The part I’m most looking forward to is the functional and regenerative medicine block. It’s newer territory for MADE, and tomorrow is the first time I’ll be talking through what I’m bringing into the practice in real detail.

There will be giveaways throughout the night, and a few deals available that evening only.

If you’ve been on the fence about coming, this is the version of MADE I’ve been working toward since I opened. I’d genuinely love for you to see it in person.

Can’t be there tomorrow? Message me, and I’ll make sure you don’t miss out.

This is the start of a new chapter for MADE. I hope to see you there.

If I could only recommend 6 products this fall, these would be them.

Fall is when your skin starts asking for something different than what got you through summer.

Sun exposure, sweat, and three months of "I'll just rinse with water" catch up fast. What shows up first is uneven tone, a compromised barrier, and skin that looks a little tired even when you feel fine.

These are the six products I keep coming back to this time of year. Not because they're trending. Because they solve the actual problem: repairing what summer did, and protecting skin before the drier months set in.

I don't recommend a full shelf. I recommend what's working. These are it right now.

If you're not sure which of these your skin actually needs, come to my Fall Soirée open house on October 8th to learn more.

Forehead lines, before and after.

Not every line needs to disappear. The ones worth softening are the ones that show up when your face isn't even doing anything.

I dosed conservatively here. The goal wasn't a frozen forehead. It was one that still moves naturally but doesn't hold onto every crease by default.

You can still raise your eyebrows. You just won't carry the lines home with you.

That's the line between relaxed and "obviously done," and it comes down to dose, not the product itself.

If forehead lines are the first thing you notice in your photos, this is worth a conversation. DM me and I'll walk you through what a natural result looks like for your face.

You don't need to know what you want before you walk in on October 8th.

That's exactly how I built the day.

If you've been checking your skin in the car mirror, wondering why the vitamin C, the retinol, and the serum you just bought still aren't doing much, come at 12. From 12 to 1:30, I'm doing free aesthetics and skin consultations. Bring what you're using and I'll tell you honestly what's worth keeping.

If you hit a wall every afternoon, your labs came back "normal," and you still don't feel like yourself, come at 2. From 2 to 4, I'm talking through functional medicine and the regenerative options I'm bringing into the practice.

If you've thought about Sculptra, Dysport, or filler but you're nervous about looking done, come at 4:30. Galderma is joining me until 7, so bring every question you've been holding onto.

Or stay for all of it. A lot of what I see in the chair connects to what's happening inside, and this is one of the few places you can talk through both with the same provider.

There will be giveaways and gifting throughout the day, plus event pricing across my services, so it's worth sticking around.

And no one is going to push you into anything. Some of my consults end with "you don't need that yet," and that's still true on event day.

Not sure which part is for you? DM me what's been bothering you, and I'll tell you where to start.

I'm willing to bet you've never actually read your lab results... 👀

You go in, blood gets drawn, and a week later you get a message that says "everything looks good." No numbers, no explanation, no chance to ask why you still feel exhausted, foggy, or like your body isn't cooperating with you anymore. You're told you're fine, and left to wonder why fine doesn't feel like this.

Here's what nobody tells you: "normal" just means you haven't crossed into disease yet. It doesn't mean you feel good, think clearly, or have your energy back. That gap, between fine and well, is what I built the MADE Method around.

I run labs most panels skip, read them through a root-cause lens, and build a plan around what's actually going on, not what fits on a generic printout.

If you've been living in that gap, a discovery call is the easiest way to find out what's happening. It's free, it's 15 minutes, and it's exactly where I start with every new patient.

Message me to grab one.

Someone had to say it.

TikTok is great for a lot of things. Figuring out why you haven't felt like yourself in months is not one of them.

You sit down in my chair asking about your under-eyes. They look hollow. Your skin looks dull no matter what you put on it. You just want to look less tired.

Then we talk. You mention the 2 pm crash that a second coffee doesn't touch. Lying awake at midnight after being exhausted all day. The magnesium, the adrenal cocktail, the ashwagandha your coworker swore by. Labs your doctor called "normal."

An injector alone would treat the hollows. A supplement from a video would guess at the rest. I'd rather look at both.

As a nurse practitioner, I can order your labs, read them against how you actually feel, and treat what's driving it: hormones, iron, thyroid, gut, stress load. And I'll tell you when filler isn't the answer yet, because what you're seeing in the mirror is starting somewhere a syringe can't reach.

Sometimes the plan is Sculptra. Sometimes it's bloodwork first and your face second. Usually it's both, in the right order.

If you've been trying to fix the outside while the inside keeps getting louder, book your consult. Link in bio.

You've tried the brightening serum, the vitamin C, the retinol everyone swears by. And the mark is still there. Maybe a little lighter. Maybe not. You're starting to wonder if this is just part of your skin now.

Here's what's actually happening. Pigmentation isn't one thing. Sun spots, melasma, and post-acne marks can look identical on the surface and come from completely different causes. A product built for sun damage was never going to touch hormonal pigmentation, and inflammation-driven marks fade on their own timeline entirely. Treat all three the same way and you'll spend a year frustrated with a "brightening" routine that was never built for what you actually have.

The right actives fade pigmentation by supporting cell turnover, calming inflammation, and targeting melanin production, but only when they're matched to your type and paired with real sun protection. For post-acne marks and texture-related pigmentation, microneedling drives that same cell turnover deeper and faster. That's why skincare and treatment aren't separate steps here. They work as one plan, not two.

I don't hand out a generic brightening routine. I find the cause first, then build around it.

If you've tried everything and nothing's moved, it might not be the products. It might be the diagnosis. DM me and I'll tell you what I'm actually seeing.
