I became a Personal Trainer 8 years ago.

Why?

Because I thought if I did, I could magically always train people to fall in love with sweat therapy and thus help them lose weight so they could find happiness.

The truth is, I’ve always felt compelled and deeply passionate about helping others, but losing weight doesn’t make people happy forever.

The journey is a process full of highs and lows, setbacks and comebacks.

I continued my education these last 8 years to gain a more well-rounded education, a holistic take, and dig into my own personal development and growth along the way..to better understand and serve.

Specifically, who I help is women who were once like me..searching for happiness in weight loss.

I’ve found that happiness is a practice, not a destination or tangible item.

In my coaching, I bring the education and experience to not only help clients lose weight and gain strength, but to uncover their buried self-love and grow their own happiness practice.

Serving others is the highest act of love 💗

As cliche and used as that phrase is, it’s accurate.

Change doesn’t happen walking comfort down easy street.

Change happens in the exact second you chose to push through the last rep even if your body is shaking.

Change happens when you put down the fork when you’re full.

Change happens when you get up early on your day off to still hit the gym.

Change happens each time you choose to feel temporary discomfort in exchange for reaching your goals and feeling your best

Garlic Chicken Pizza!

1lb chicken breast
1/2 cup artichoke hearts (quartered)
1/4 cup onion
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1-2 cups steamed spinach
4 low carb 8 in tortillas

Cook chicken with garlic and chopped onion.

Spread olive oil over tortillas on sprayed baking sheet.
Disperse cheese over the 4 tortilla crusts. Add cooked chicken garlic mixture and spinach.

Bake at 400 for 10 minutes!

Serving size 1 tortilla pizza (w/ 4oz chicken)
270 calories
12 g carb
9 g fat
35 G protein

Not one, but TWO times I’ve been over 200lbs and came back from it. 240 and 218. Those are my numbers. I’ve gone from 240 to 140 and 218 to 130. That’s 188lbs I’ve lost total on my journey. It absolutely blows my mind when I look back and recall everything I’ve had to do, the tears, the sweat, the dedication, the sacrifice, the pain, the injuries, the depression, the fear, the insecurities, the DOUBT.... ALL of those molded and shaped me, molded and re-shaped me to who I am. My most recent achievement (NPC Bikini [4] 1st Place wins) took a VERY painful rebirthing process to get to. I believe in my clients the way I had to learn to believe in myself. NEVER GIVE UP.

Vanilla Egg White Protein Wrap with Almond Butter lightly drizzled with raw honey and cinnamon! 245 calories, 23g protein

Quick and easy to make!
Wrap:
3 tablespoons liquid cage free egg whites
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1-2 tablespoons water (depending on protein brands, consistency can be thicker.. think pancake thickness)
Whisk together in bowl.
Add to skillet and cook about 2 min each side. (It will look like a large pancake)
Inside/Outer wrap:
1 tablespoon almond butter
1-2 teaspoons raw organic honey
Pinch cinnamon.
Place on plate, spread almond butter and roll up. Drizzle lightly with honey and cinnamon!!
DELISH.
