Are you being hydrated enough?
Hydration is utmost important for your body to function right. Every cell in our body needs hydration to function.
Now why is it important -
It helps in removing all the toxins in the body (if you drink water immediately after waking upon a minimum of 500 ml). It maintains a healthy metabolism, controls body temperature and keeps your weight in check.

As you see in the picture signs of dehydration. Hydration is a key to your happy health.

Now how much water do we need? It also depends upon your age, physical activity, health. A minimum of 2 litres is needed everyday. Also, keep in mind that caffeine, soda and alcohol are extremely dehydrating. So if you take 2-3 or more cups of coffee every day and takes alcohol 3-4 times a day there are higher chances that you are being dehydrated and would feel the symptoms of dehydration. You would blame it on your caffeine or alcohol hangover but the actual cause is that these stimulants are dehydrating.

Apart from water indulge in cucumbers, watermelon, melons which are 98% water and are extremely hydrating.
