⭐ Meet the Team ⭐

Say hello to Sarah Ochs, Billing Specialist at Direct PT/DX, who is also celebrating her one-year anniversary with us today! 🎉

Sarah joined the Direct PT/DX team in October 2025, bringing nearly 20 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist before transitioning into billing. Her favorite part of what she does is working alongside a supportive team to problem-solve billing issues and get claims paid. With different challenges every day, there’s always something new to tackle.

Her advice for those new to the industry:

“Don’t be overwhelmed. Learning the billing process can seem difficult, confusing, or even stressful at first, but soon it will feel like second nature.”

We’re grateful to have Sarah’s problem-solving mindset and dedication on the Direct PT/DX team. Help us wish her a happy one-year anniversary!

Something spooktacular is coming next week! 🎃👻
