When Miss Pless arrived at Vierra Falls Church from Inova Fairfax Hospital with a fracture, she had a rehab journey ahead of her.

Just 15 days later, she’s walking up hills and jogging alongside Doris, her PT! 🏃‍♀️

Progress like this takes determination, dedicated therapy, and a team committed to helping residents move forward.
